Keegi reads issues from the Linear teams you name and builds cards from what people closed. It attaches beside whatever else the workspace reads.
Keegi never writes to Linear. The only scope it asks for is read.
On /app/[org]/sources, press Connect Linear. Linear asks whether you want to give Keegi read access to your workspace. Approve it and you land back here with the row in place.
You need to be someone who can approve an application for the workspace. The connection renews itself, so there is nothing to replace later.
A Linear workspace can be connected to one Keegi workspace. If it is already connected somewhere else, disconnect it there first.
Under the button, Use an API key instead opens Linear API key, the field the connector used before. The key carries whatever the account behind it can see, so use one from an account that can reach the teams you want read.
The key does not expire and does not rotate. Deleting it in Linear is how you revoke it, and Keegi will say the source stopped answering. Keegi asks Linear whether the key works before storing it.
Every team starts off. Turn on the ones Keegi may read and press Save. Until then the Linear row says Keegi reads nothing from this yet. Check for new teams picks up teams made since you connected.
Press Read Linear now. The row then says when it was last read, and how far through it got while that is still partway.
Linear attributes an issue to whoever created it. If your team files work through one service account, or one person raises everything from standup notes, that is the name Keegi will learn. It is worth checking before you conclude the answers are wrong.
